After days of showers and cloudy skies, Chattahoochee Valley residents will get a brief respite from the rain this weekend.
Today is expected to be mostly sunny, with a high near 71 degrees and a west wind blowing between 10 and 15 mph. Tonight is expected to be mostly clear with a low around 49 degrees.
Saturday is also expected to be sunny with a high near 76 degrees. There will be increasing clouds Saturday night with a low around 54 degrees.
The rain is expected to return on Sunday -- the chance of precipitation is 70 percent. Showers and thunderstorms are likely after 2 p.m. The rest of the day is expected to be mostly cloudy, with a high near 75.
