A public hearing regarding the rezoning of four properties and a review of several section of the city's zoning ordination is on the agenda when the Smiths Station Planning Commission meets at 7 p.m. Tuesday.
The commission meetings in the council chambers of the Smiths Station Government Center on Lee Road 298.
The public hearing involves a rezoning request for the properties owned by Robert Jordan along Lee Road 240. The sections of the zoning ordinance include those governing parking and storage of certain vehicles; buffer requirements and walls and fences.
