Military Monday: Infantry Museum screens "The Longest Day" tonight

Memorial Day marked the kick-off of a promotional event at the new National Infantry Museum and Soldier Center at Patriot Park called "Military Monday."

In addition to the shows that are regularly scheduled at the museum's IMAX theater, the evening show on Mondays will be a military film. Last week the theater screened "Saving Private Ryan." This week it will be "The Longest Day."

On "Military Monday," extra discounts apply for service members and their families at both the IMAX theater and the Fife and Drum Restaurant.
