Auburn police seize more than $50,000 worth of marijuana

Auburn police discovered a marijuana growing operation Wednesday evening, according to an Auburn police department press release.

Officers were following up on a case on Oct. 14, when they found the alleged grow operation in the basement of a residence in Auburn.

Police seized 46 plants and 14 Mason jars of marijuana with a street value of more than $50,000.

Arrest warrants are pending. Police are not releasing any further details due to an on-going investigation.
