Carlos Rodriguez, accused of fatally stabbing a soldier in November 2008, was indicted on murder charges Tuesday by a Muscogee County grand jury.
Rodriguez, 22, stabbed Eric Salazar, 21, in the head on Nov. 10 when the soldier arrived at his girlfriend’s house with his girlfriend and a friend to collect some of her items, police and Rodriguez’ indictment state.
Rodriguez was indicted on two counts of murder, three counts of aggravated assault and one count of possession of a knife during the commission of a crime.
