CSU to host lectures about internet safety and cyber awareness

Columbus State University's Information and Technology Services department will host a series of events about cyber awareness today and Thursday on the main campus.

The department will run a informational security awareness booth from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday at the entrance of the Schwob Memorial Library, featuring poster contest entries, brochures, anti-virus CDs, giveaways, refreshments and cyber security videos.

There will also be presentations from experts from noon to 1 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday in the Davidson Student Center auditorium.
