The BB&T on Whitesville Road was robbed Tuesday afternoon, police said.
The suspect walked inside the bank at 6100 Whitesville Road around 2:30 p.m., said Columbus Police Lt. Steve Cox.
“He was armed with a handgun,” Cox added. “He pulled out the gun and demanded currency. He appeared to be very calm.”
No one was hurt and no shots were fired.
