Admission to Callaway Gardens is free on Friday for Founder's Day

Admission to Callaway Gardens will be free on Friday on its annual Founder's Day.

In honor of its founder, Cason J. Callaway, an organ concert will be from noon-4 p.m. in the Ida Cason Callaway Memorial Chapel.

One of the programs include the Birds of Prey program at 10:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. in the Discovery Amphitheater adjacent to the Virginia Hand Callaway Discovery Center.

Callaway Gardens, is in Pine Mountain, about 30 minutes north of Columbus.
