Columbus crime: Attempted burglary at Diamond Exchange

Would-be burglars were foiled early today while trying to break into a Columbus pawn shop, reports state.

Two suspects, who were seen on video footage, approached Diamond Exchange at 12:13 a.m. Someone shattered the glass on the front door of the 4227 Victory Drive business, though the bars behind the doors were still locked when police arrived.

Four florescent lights and telephone wires were cut, police said.
