As a result of continuing revenue declines, Georgia drivers will have three fewer days over the next three months to take care of their business in person.
The Georgia Department of Driver Services (DDS)announced Thursday that all customer service centers and administrative offices throughout Georgia will be closed Feb. 25, March 18, and April 22.
Certain types of business, such as initiating a change of address and renewing or replacing a lost license, can be done online at www.dds.ga.gov.
DDS said in their statement they studied historical data to determine which days were the least busy so they would inconvenience as few people as possible.
