A magnitude 4.3 earthquake hit Illinois early Wednesday morning and shook parts of Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan and Iowa.
The Chicago Tribune said that local law enforcement agencies have no reports of damage or injuries.
NBC News reported that the quake, which hit close to 4 a.m. local time, was centered about eight miles northeast of DeKalb, Ill. and it could be felt over a wide area from Wisconsin to parts of Indiana, Michigan and Iowa.
