U.S. Senator Jeff Sessions will be at Auburn University Friday morning to observes the school's detector dogs in action.
There will be a live demonstration at 10:15 a.m. in the College of Veterinary Medicine's Overton Auditorium on Wire Road.
Auburn experts will show the senator a science-based training program that prepares canines to detect explosives and illegal weapons.
He will see how the dogs may be used at the local, state and federal levels.
