District Attorney Julia Slater has agreed to limited DNA testing in the case of Carlton Gary. The agreement, proposed by Slater to the defense near the end of January, was signed by Gary and his attorneys this week.
Gary was convicted as the Columbus Stocking Strangler.
The agreement allows for the testing of certain items and setting out the procedures for the testing.
