Jeremy Williams of Extreme Makeover to speak at Saturday luncheon

Jeremy Williams, to be featured on Sunday's Extreme Makeover: Home Edition," will speak at a luncheon at noon Saturday at Striplin Terrace United Methodist Church, 4170 Striplin Terrace Drive.

Williams is the head football coach at Greenville (Ga.) High School, which went 11-0 last year with five shutouts. He has ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease) and was diagnosed in June 2008.

On Saturday, he will give his testimony. There will be no cost for the lunch, but an offering would be accepted to sponsor a child to camp at Williams' request.

The show will air 8 p.m. Sunday on ABC-TV.

Williams and his wife Jennifer have two children, one with spina bifida. Jeremy Williams is a graduate of Kendrick High School, and Jennifer graduated from Shaw High School.
