"Ghost Riders in Sky" picked as greatest western song; Dylan song on list

The Western Writers of America recently named "Ghost Riders in the Sky" written in 1948 by Stan Jones as the greatest western song of all time.

Following that song on the list of 100 was the Marty Robbins classic "El Paso."

Gene Autry's "Back in the Saddle Again" was in the top 10.

Bob Dylan's "Knockin on Heaven's Door" was ranked No. 34.
