Columbus crime: 37-year-old assaulted at Sixth Avenue and Sixth Street

A 37-year-old man was assaulted Saturday night at Sixth Avenue and Sixth Street, police said.

The man was outside a home when three suspects approached. He was struck on the head with a glass bottle, reports state.

The suspects were black men. The first was 5-foot-8, 130 pounds and skinny with a nickname of “Black.” The second was 6-foot-2, 230 pounds with a stocky build and a nickname of “Dooby.” The third was 5-foot-5, 150 pounds and heavy set, police said.
