Ohio man arrested for counterfeit Auburn football tickets

A Cleveland man has been arrested in Auburn and charged with criminal simulation. His arrest stems from a complaint regarding a person believed to be selling counterfeit tickets for this season's Auburn-Alabama football game.

Police officers contacted 33-year-old Andre D. Williams on Saturday in the area of East Samford Avenue and South Gay Street. He was taken into custody after counterfeit tickets were found in his possession.

He was taken to the Lee County Detention Center.
