Columbus police: More than $400 worth of Newport cigarettes stolen in burglary

Columbus police say more than $400 worth of Newport cigarettes were taken in a Saturday burglary.

The suspect kicked in the front door of the Crown Gas Station, 2325 S. Lumpkin Road, around 12:20 a.m., causing more than $500 in damage. Once inside, the suspect took 90 packs of cigarettes, worth $453.60, police said.

There have been no arrests.
