The manager of a Columbus business faces a violation of the city’s brown bagging ordinance, police said.
Felix Smith, 65, was cited early Saturday at the Game Room, 1200 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., and given a summons to appear in court, reports state.
According to police, an officer on routine patrol spotted several people at the Game Room around 1:40 a.m. Saturday with alcohol. The business doesn’t have an on-premises alcohol license.
Smith was the manager of the business at the time, and the officer cited him for the brown bag violation, reports state.
