Columbus police: Suspect accused of shoplifting Ciroc vodka, Monet liqueur from liquor store

A suspect accused of shoplifting more than $100 of alcohol from Wine & Spirits was spotted by police as he walked from the store Monday afternoon, reports state.

Lee B. Price, 28, is charged with theft by shoplifting and criminal trespass, jail records state.

Police said officers were en route to the 1694 Whittlesey Road business around 6:15 p.m. when a dispatcher told them the suspect was walking south near the liquor store carrying two bottles. Police then spotted Price and found a bottle of Ciroc vodka and Chateau Monet liqueur in a nearby bush.

Police took Price to Wine & Spirits, where an employee identified him as the suspect, reports state.
