Columbus police: Daniel Middle student charged after police find razor blades on him

A student at Daniel Middle Alternative School was charged Wednesday morning after police found razor blades on him, reports state.

An assistant principal at the Manchester Expressway school was checking the student’s jacket for weapons or contraband when she found four razor blades in a pocket. The student was then charged with possession of weapons on school property and taken to the Columbus Public Safety Center, where he was fingerprinted and photographed, police said.
