A wreck on Interstate 85 in Troup County early this morning has since been cleared and traffic is unimpeded, the Georgia State Patrol said.
The wreck happened about 3:20 a.m. in the southbound lane of the Interstate at mile marker 7. The GSP has released few details, though officials said a tractor-trailer was on top of a car at one point.
One person was life-flighted to the hospital. His condition is unknown.
The Interstate has since been cleared and is open to traffic, officials said.
