Columbus police arrested a man late Wednesday on accusations he struck a 55-year-old man in the face, knocking out two of his teeth, reports state.
Steven R. Hamilton, 51, faces one count of aggravated battery, reports state.
According to police, Hamilton approached the man, who uses a cane, about 11 p.m. while inside their Ralston Towers home, 211 12th St. Hamilton confronted him about relationship problems, shoving him to the ground and hitting him in the face.
“Subject knocked out two of the victim’s teeth causing permanent damage to his mouth,” reports state.

Hamilton also gave the man a black eye, police said.
An ambulance took the man to the hospital. Police arrested Hamilton at Ralston Towers, reports state.
