Columbus police say a suspect ran from officers after they found marijuana stuck to his underwear early Sunday, reports state.
Calvin Pike, 27, is charged with giving false information, possession of marijuana and obstruction of an officer, police said.
According to reports, Pike was a passenger in a vehicle that police were investigating about 4:30 a.m. at Manchester Expressway and Oates Avenue. Pike told the officer his name was Lee Bridges and gave two different dates of birth.
The officer then put Pike in handcuffs and spotted marijuana in the spot where Pike had been sitting, police said.
“He also had marijuana stuck to his underwear,” reports state.
Pike then ran from the scene, police said, though he was taken back into custody moments later, police said.
