Columbus police charged a man Wednesday afternoon on accusations he threw a colostomy bag at a neighbor.
Eric Sheppard, 32, is charged with one misdemeanor count of reckless conduct, reports state.
According to police, officers charged Sheppard about 4 p.m. Wednesday at his 12th Avenue home on an outstanding warrant. Police say that on an unspecified date Sheppard threw a colostomy bag full of human waste at a neighbor.
