Two top comedians make appearances in Columbus

If you're ready to laugh, the Bill Heard Theatre, in RiverCenter for the Performing Arts, 900 Broadway, is the place for you.

First, at 7 p.m. and 10 p.m. April 27, you can see Kevin Hart. He is one of the hottest comedians on the circuit right now.

In 2011, Hart's "Laugh at My Pain" feature film grossed more than $7 million and was the the most successful films released in less than 300 theaters.

Columbus' Jon Hill worked on that film as a photographer/videographer.

Hart is also an actor, having been in movies like "Little Fockers," "Think Like a Man," "Fools' Gold" and "The 40-Year-Old Virgin."

Tickets are $57.50.

Then at 7 p.m. April 28, Ron "Tater Salad" White hits the Bill Heard stage.

He came to fame on the "Blue Collar Comedy" tour with Jeff Foxworthy, Bill Engvall and Larry the Cable Guy that became a movie and television show.

White is known to smoke cigars and drink Scotch on stage.

But he's more than the guy telling jokes. He's also an author and actor, having been in "Sex and the City 2" and "Horrible Bosses."

Tickets are $44.75; $54.75 for the first seven rows.
