Columbus weather: Day starts out cold, warms up in time for weekend

Today will start out cold but things will warm back up in time for the weekend, said WRBL Chief Meteorologist Bob Jeswald.

Today will be sunny with highs reaching 70. Winds could reach 15 mph.

Tonight will be mostly clear with lows around 44.

The unseasonably cool weather begins moving on once Friday arrives. It'll be sunny that day with highs around 75. Friday night will be partly cloudy with lows dipping to about 50.

The weekend promises to be perfect. Saturday will be mostly sunny with highs around 80. It'll be mostly clear that night with lows around 56.

Sunday will be sunny with highs around 82. It'll be mostly clear Sunday night with lows dipping to about 60.

There's no chance of rain until at least Tuesday.
