The man accused of throwing a brick through a window at the Columbus federal courthouse is scheduled for trial today.
Lance Emanuel Brown, 36, faces a federal accusation of malicious mischief. Authorities say that on July 8 Brown threw a brick through a door window of the 12th Street federal courthouse after he asked a probation officer what he needed to do to return to prison. He was immediately arrested.
Jury selection in Brown’s case is set for 8:30 a.m. today, court records state.
