A homeless man who fought with a store clerk on Friday was later found with $30 worth of suspected marijuana, Columbus police said.
Stacy Madry, 44, was charged with disorderly conduct, criminal trespass and possession of marijuana, reports state.
According to police, Madry was spotted about 11:40 a.m. at the Lotto Mart, 400 Third Ave. Madry has been banned from the property, and he was cursing loudly inside the store and trying to fight a clerk for no reason.
Police arrived and searched Madry, discovering the suspected marijuana wrapped in a paper towel in his pocket, reports state.
