4 snared in drug bust at Aurora Drive home

Authorities snared four people in a drug bust Wednesday morning that netted almost $10,000 worth of marijuana during the execution of a search warrant, reports state.

Jeremy D. Lawler, 27; Ruben A. Garcia, 23; Jennifer Rose Naugle, 31; and Harley Nathaniel Castro, 30, each face charges in connection with the 8 a.m. bust at 7704 Aurora Drive, Columbus police said.

Lawler, Garcia and Naugle each face charges of possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute and possession of drug related objects. Lawler also faces a charge of possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime. Garcia faces an additional charge of reckless conduct, reports state.

Castro is charged with possession of drug related objects, a misdemeanor, police said.

According to reports, officers executed the search warrant and found $9,360 worth of marijuana in the home. Garcia had multiple bags of the drug packaged for resale. He also allowed his 2-year-old son to be within reach of a pistol and shotgun.

Officers found Lawler in his bed with a loaded .380-caliber Hi-Point pistol, police said.
