Man accused of urinating in public, following 13-year-old boy

Columbus police arrested a man Thursday afternoon on allegations he urinated in public and then began following a 13-year-old boy.

Willie James Rias, 49, is charged with public indecency and simple assault, reports state.

According to police, Rias was spotted urinating toward traffic about 4:30 p.m. Thursday on Forrest Road. He then told a nearby 13-year-old boy “I like the way you walk” and started following him.
