An Opelika, Ala. man was arrested last week on accusations marijuana was shipped to him from California, reports state.
Charlton Thomas Broadaway, 30, is charged with trafficking marijuana, police said.
According to reports, U.S. postal inspectors spotted the suspicious package April 27 and contacted Opelika police. Officers arrested Broadaway when he collected the package about 1 p.m. that day at the post office.
Broadaway had six pounds of marijuana and more than $1,000 in cash when he was arrested, police said.
