Couple robbed of vehicle during home invasion

A Columbus couple was robbed of their vehicle during a Wednesday morning home invasion, police said.

The robbery happened about 9:15 a.m. at a Walters Loop Road home. Two suspects forced their way inside through the garage, pointed weapons at the couple and robbed them. The suspect then took the couple’s car, which was found shortly afterward on Crystal Valley Drive, reports state.

Police say no one was injured in the home invasion.

Both suspects are 19- to -25-year-old black men and 5-foot-7 to 5-foot-11. Both wore blue bandannas over their faces.

One suspect wore red shorts and a dark hoodie. The other had sweatpants and a gray hoodie, reports state.
