The second of two men charged in Columbus’ most recent homicide is scheduled for court today, Muscogee County Jail officials said.
Javonta Saquan Harris, 19, was arrested Friday at a Knox Street home. He faces a murder charge in connection with the April 21 shooting death of Antonio Deshawn Robinson, 19.
Columbus police say Robinson was shot early April 21 while driving north on Brown Avenue, causing his car to crash at Brown and George Street. Robinson had just left the Cream Club on 10th Avenue.
Held without bond, Harris is scheduled to appear at 9 a.m. today in Columbus Recorder's Court.
