Suspect busted as he tries to pick up fraudulently purchased computers

Columbus police arrested a man late Saturday as he tried to collect computers fraudulently bought over the Internet, reports state.

Todd A. Reinhart, 39, is charged with financial transaction card fraud and attempted theft by deception, police said.

According to reports, Reinhart went to Wal-Mart, 5448 B Whittlesey Blvd., about 11 p.m. Saturday to pick up laptop computers that had been fraudulently purchased online. Police responded to the store and spoke with Reinhart, who gave officers numerous statements about how the computers were purchased. None of the stories made sense.

Officers then arrested Reinhart, police said.
