A driver stopped Sunday afternoon for not wearing his seat belt was busted with almost $400 worth of marijuana, Columbus police said.
Isaac Brandon Jones, 25, is charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug related objects, driving while his license is suspended and a seat belt violation, reports state.
According to police, officers stopped Jones about 2:15 p.m. on Urban Avenue because he didn’t have on his seat belt. Jones then told officers his driver’s license was suspended.
During the traffic stop, officers discovered more than an ounce of marijuana in Jones’ car, reports state.

Police say they then arrested Jones.
