A Columbus man arrested Tuesday faces felony accusations he took pictures on his cell phone while sexually assaulting another man, reports state.
Kontaye Rashaun Williams, 22, is held without bond on charges of aggravated sodomy and unlawful eavesdropping pending his Thursday Columbus Recorder’s Court hearing, Muscogee County Jail records state.
Police say Williams performed oral sex on another man. Both men had been drinking heavily, and the other man told officers he feared Williams would hurt him if he attempted to stop him.
Officers learned that Williams took pictures of the incident. They went to his Armour Road home Tuesday morning and spoke with Williams, who let officers look at his phone, reports state.

Officers saw the pictures of the incident. They then interviewed Williams, who said he might have committed the alleged act but that he didn’t remember because he was intoxicated, police said.
Williams was then arrested.
