A man found after hours in Lakebottom Park early Thursday was found with almost 300 CDs after he told police he was ready for jail, reports state.
Jeff Sanks, 25, is charged with five counts of reproduction of recorded material and one count each of being in a park after hours, driving while his license was suspended and possession of marijuana, police said.
According to reports, officers stopped Sanks while he was in the Midtown park about 12:30 a.m. Thursday.
“He stated ‘I’m ready to go to jail’ and added that his license was suspended,” reports state.

Police say Sanks then took out a bag of marijuana worth $30. Officers then saw he had almost 300 CDs.
