The National Civil War Naval Museum at Port Columbus, 1002 Victory Drive, is bringing its summer Cool History program back.
The first one is "Two Navies, One Ship: The USS/CSS Water Witch" on June 2.
This program started as a way for people who wanted to learn a little something new about the Civil War navies to go inside the museum and stay cool while learning.
So the program will be mostly indoors, though those who would like a tour of the full-scale replica of the Water Witch can go outside and learn about the ship. There will be a canopy for those who would rather stay in the shade, said Jon Ezzell, the museum's public relations manager.
