Miss USA 2012: Phenix City's Katherine Webb makes top 10, Miss Rhode Island Olivia Culpo wins

Phenix City's Katherine Webb advanced to the top 10 on Sunday's Miss USA pageant, but failed to make the top 5. She competed in the swimsuit and formal gown rounds. She was eliminated after the formal gown round.

Miss Rhode Island Olivia Culpo won the pageant.

Miss Georgia Jasmyn "Jazz" Wilkins was fourth runner-up.
