Columbus Police: Thief fired pistol at victim during robbery

Columbus police are investigating a robbery in which the victim, a Phenix City man, told officers the thieves fired a pistol at him.

The victim was not hurt.

According to a police report, the robbery occurred around 11:30 p.m. Wednesday at the corner of 4th Avenue and 29th Street

Taken from the victim was $60.

The suspects were two black females and one black male.

One woman wore blue jeans and a red shirt. The other wore a gray shirt and black shorts. The man was wearing a black shirt and gray sweat pants.
