10:10 p.m. The winners of the Friday night preliminary competition in talent are Miss Georgia Cotton, Carly Mathis, 21, and Miss Columbus State University, Amarinda Trear, 21.
10:09 p.m. The winners of the Friday night preliminary competition in lifestyle and fitness and swimsuit are Miss Gwinnett County, Annie Wilson, 22, and Miss Atlanta, Briana Jewett, 23.
10:07 p.m. The Top 10 of Georgia's Outstanding Teen contestants are brought out one last time.
10:05 p.m. The finale begins as the Miss Georgia Dancers begin dancing to Lady Gaga's "Born This Way."

8:34 p.m. The hosts are back on stage explaining how teenagers can get involved in Georgia's Outstanding Teen competition. It also gives the Top 10 contestants a chance to get ready for lifestyle & fitness. Georgia's Outstanding Teen 2011 Julia Martin, performs on her cello.

8:01 p.m. The Top 10 Georgia's Outstanding Teen contestants compete in evening wear and answer onstage questions.
7:54 p.m. This year's judges include Samantha Mohr, the 1985 Miss Georgia, who is now with the 11Alive team in Atlanta, after a few years at the Weather Channel.
Other judges are Ruth Cate, a South Carolina attorney, who has judged the Miss South Carolina Pageant; Sierra Minott, Miss Florida 2008 and Miss Florida's Outstanding Teen 2005, who is now studying for her master's degree in ministry leadership at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary; head judge Larry Nakano,the deputy attorney general of Hawaii, is the judges' chairman of the Miss Hawaii organization and Ivan Pulinkala, the director of the program in dance at Kennesaw State University, who is studying for his doctorate in higher education administration at the University of Alabama.

7:33 p.m. Beyonce's "I Am Woman" plays as the 33 Miss Georgia contestants make their first appearance of the evening.
The Miss Georgia contestants are wearing their choice of white, turquoise or coral dresses as they introduce themselves.
7:30 p.m. The National Anthem is sung by 2010 Georgia's Outstanding Teen, Camille Sims.
7:29 p.m. A taped message from Columbus Mayor Teresa Tomlinson show. Also, a taped message from Col. Jeffrey Fletcher, Fort Benning's Garrison Commander, also known as "the mayor of Fort Benning," is also played for the audience, as they find their seats.
Four more young women will learn if they will win the final preliminary competition of the 2012 Miss Georgia Scholarship Pageant in the Bill Heard Theatre, RiverCenter for the Performing Arts, 900 Broadway. It gets under way at 7:30 p.m.
The Miss Georgia and Georgia's Outstanding Teen competitions are held simultaneously. The teens are split into two groups, Tan and Omega. The Top 10 finalists for Georgia's Outstanding Teen will be announced tonight.
The Miss Georgia contestants are split into three groups, Alpha, Gamma and Mu.
The Alpha Group competes in talent; the Mu Group competes in Evening Wear and onstage interview and the Gamma Group competes in swimsuit tonight.
