Slouchick said Mathis was also charged with burglary first degree, possession of drug related objects and possession of marijuana less than one ounce.
Davis and Mathis are in the Muscogee County Jail and are scheduled to appear in Columbus Recorder's Court Monday at 9 a.m.
Slouchick said the Special Operations Unit of the Columbus Police Department was called to the site after the owner of the building discovered what was going on it there.
Slouchick said Davis and Mathis were not residents.
"We brought the cleanup crews in and got the place clean," Slouchick said.
