Parr leads Georgia Tech past Georgia State

ATLANTA -- Starter Ben Parr limited Georgia State to one run in 5 2-3 innings as Georgia Tech won 6-3 on Wednesday night.

Designated hitter Grant Wruble drove the Jackets' first two runs without the benefit of a hit, one on a fielder's choice and the second on a groundout.

Daniel Spingola, Keenan Innus and Matt Gonzalez had two hits apiece for Tech (19-10)

Tech opens a ACC series at Virginia Tech on Friday at 5:30 p.m.
