The contenders
Cannon Brew Pub
A downtown staple, the Cannon Brew Pub isn’t just about beer. They’ve been flipping memorable burgers for years. Whether you’re a traditionalist and stick with the Cannon Classic or you like to experiment, they’ve got brewpub charm paired with delicious pub food. They’re the kind of place where you come for the burger and stay for the pint ... or maybe it’s the other way around.
Darby’s Patrol Base
The newest kid on the burger block, Darby’s Patrol Base, has burgers with bold flavors and a no-frills vibe. Clearly, voters weren’t sleeping on this sleeper pick and have made it the front runner in the race.
Now it’s a two-burger race. Will it be Cannon’s downtown classic or Darby’s dark-horse deliciousness?
