Part of busy street in Columbus temporarily will close for construction
The Columbus Consolidated Government announced Thursday part of a busy downtown street temporarily will be closed next week.
The northbound lane of Broadway between 11th Street and 12th Street will be closed to all vehicular traffic Aug. 25 from 7 a.m. to approximately 2 p.m.
“This closure will allow for construction activity to occur at City Hall,” CCG’s news release says.
A signed detour route will be provided along 11th Street, Broadway, 12th Street and First Avenue, according to CCG.
