Consider helping families in need during the holiday season

We've still got plenty of Holiday Help letters from people in need, and not much time to help.

The premise of our program is simple: People in need write letters describing their plight, and people with plenty choose letters and then help the people in need.

To see the letters and make a selection, stop by our lobby on the first floor of the Hardaway Building at 945 Broadway from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. today and 8:30 a.m. to noon on Christmas Eve.

If you have an abundance, we hope you'll consider helping.

The Ledger-Enquirer does not screen letters, nor can it guarantee their truthfulness.
