St. Luke announces Spring POPS Concert

The Wind Ensemble of St. Luke Methodist Church will hold its annual 2016 Spring POPS Concert, 6 p.m., Wednesday evening at the Ministry Center at 301 11th St. (Please enter the 3rd Ave. side of the building.)
