Columbus police seek identity of suspects in burglary, fraud
The Columbus Police Department’s Financial Crimes Unit took to Facebook Monday morning to ask for the public’s help identifying suspects in a residential burglary that occurred on Oct. 21.
After the theft, a card stolen from the home was used at multiple Lowe’s retail stores in the northern Alabama area, including Huntsville, Athens, Hartselle, Madison and Decatur, officials said in a news release including photos of the suspects involved.
Anyone with information about the incident is encouraged to send a private message to the department via Facebook or call Cpl. Jason Carden at 706-653-3424.
