Russell Co. Sheriff’s Office offering reward to help locate robbery suspect
The Russell County Sheriff’s Office is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Victor Holmes.
Holmes is wanted on two counts of first-degree robbery, according to a post on the sheriff’s office Facebook page. He has a cross tattoo between his eyes.
